Contemporary house with location vicinity of Syracuse, one of the most ancient Greek sites of the Mediterranean Sea. Blend in harmoniously with nature, Villa Florida (so named after the owners) is a contemporary piece of the hard work of designers, client service and the rest just happened. The house is eco-friendly building with the most recent tehnolgii as photovoltaics, solar systems, radiant heating, ventilation for fresh air, special thermal aluminum frames are pushed into the ground, which further improves efficiency – all with class (A) in this house. Stretching two floors, the villa has three interrelated volume – Central unit – everything there is made of reinforced concrete, which acts as a gateway to the house and in the other two volumes are the bedrooms and other rooms. It has its own outdoor swimming pool and solarium, and for me personally pool and great view from the canopy leaves off my claims. The furniture is modern, and there are parts of the mid-century design. The villa has 6 bedrooms, theater room, kitchen, living room and dining room (which seems to be perfect for large parties or family gatherings). Only 10 minutes from the villa has a great beach.
